The Lexus RX 350 is available in front-wheel and all-wheel drive with a 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 275 horsepower mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission. The all-wheel drive 350h is powered by a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine with 183 horsepower mated to a CVT transmission while the all-wheel drive RX 500h is powered by a 2.4L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 274 horsepower and a 6-speed automatic transmission. The new 450h+ is powered by a 2.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder that produces 304 horsepower with the inclusion of the two electric motors.
The RX 350 and 350h are available in four trims Base, Premium, Premium Plus, and Luxury while the RX 500h is only available in one well equipped trim the F Sport Performance. The RX base comes well equipped with paddle shifter, power liftgate, reverse tilt down heated mirrors, 19-inch aluminum wheels, 8 airbags, auto-dimming rearview mirror, 8-way heated power front seats, leatherette seats, cargo cover, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, 12-speakers, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration with audio streaming, a 9.8-inch touch screen, 6 USB ports, proximity keyless entry with push start button, remote start, vehicle system with tracker, leather steering wheel with power tilting and telescoping, power windows with 1-touch up and down, and rain sensing wipers.
The RX 500h is the performance version of the RX lineup with an auto-leveling suspension, 21-inch wheels, heated and ventilated bucket front seats, sport pedals, an auto tilt-way power sport steering wheel, a 7-inch configurable digital gauge cluster, and a 14-inch touchscreen display screen.

After a redesign in 2023 the Lexus RX adds a new 450h+ to the lineup for 2024.
The Lexus RX has the savvy and ability to do it all. It's both luxurious and sporty, all while maintaining an air of practicality. Lexus made the choice to sell the standard RX with only two rows of seats. The upshot is that the interior of the Lexus RX feels cavernous, offering up the kind of rear seat legroom that's more commonly found in luxury cars. All this, despite still offering plenty of cargo space behind the rear seats. However, for those that need more seating, a three row RXL version was recently introduced, though exterior dimensions remain impressively close to the slightly smaller RX. Engine options are powerful and smooth, while its ample ground clearance allows for light off road duty when needed.
